Unjust gain is a serious sin and we are warned in scripture not to defraud others of their wages, property, or possessions. The enemy lies to people or tells them partial truths to gain consent; Christians must never use such callous deception to grow their or their employers wealth.
Double-minded people deceive themselves, mistaking their good side for their true identity. But good mixed with evil breeds distrust and disillusionment. They must repent—or be lost.
